Grilled Shrimp And Calamari With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1 tbsp sweet chlli sauce
    1 None lemon or lime, juiced
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    10 oz large shrimp, peeled and deveined, with tails intact
    8 oz calamari rings
    None None Steamed rice and salad, to serve
Preparation
    Heat a grill pan on medium-high or preheat the grill to medium.
    Mix oil, soy sauce, chili sauce, lemon juice and garlic in a large bowl. Add shrimp and calamari; toss to coat well.
    Grill seafood 3-5 mins, until it changes color and is tender. Serve with rice and salad.
