Cheesy Macaroni With Ham And Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz macaroni
    2 tsp vegetable or olive oil
    2 None spring onions, thinly sliced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    7 oz button mushrooms, thinly sliced
    1 cup half-and-half
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    8.75 oz ham, chopped
    1.5 oz cheddar cheese, grated
    1.5 oz Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Grease 4 small shallow baking dishes then place on a baking tray. Cook pasta in boiling salted water for 6 mins, or until tender. Drain.
    Meanwhile, heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add onion and garlic and cook for 2 mins, or until soft. Add mushroom and cook for 5 mins, or until softened. Toss with pasta, half-and-half, cream, ham, 1/2 the cheddar and 1/2 the Parmesan until combined. Divide between baking dishes, top with remaining cheese and bake for 20 mins, or until golden and heated through. Let cool for 5 mins then serve.
