Zesty Prosecco Fizz - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 None limes, 3 cut into slices and small pieces, 3 juiced
2 None lemons, 1 cut into slices and small pieces, 1 juiced
3/4 cup mint leaves, plus a few extra sprigs to garnish
3 cups sparkling water
a few handfuls ice
1 btl Prosecco, chilled

Preparation

Combine the limes, lemons and their juice in a large jug. Add the mint leaves, sparkling water and ice. Stir well to mix. Pour into glasses and top up with chilled Prosecco. Garnish with the extra mint sprigs.
