Banana And Raspberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 None egg whites, lightly beaten
2 None large ripe bananas, mashed
2/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
7 oz frozen raspberries
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F. Grease and line an 8x5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
Combine egg whites, mashed bananas, sugar and oil. Sift in flour, baking powder, cinnamon and baking soda. Fold until just combined then fold in raspberries. Transfer to prepared pan. Bake for 1 hour 15 mins, or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool in pan for 5 mins then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
To serve, slice and toast, if desired. Serve with butter.
