Honey-Cinnamon Ice Cream With Coconut Crumble - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 cups heavy cream
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    2 tbsp honey
    4 cups vanilla pudding
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 cup graham crackers, crushed + 2 tbsp
    1/4 cup shredded coconut
    4 tbsp butter, melted
Preparation
    Combine sugar, honey, pudding and cinnamon. Whip cream to soft peaks then fold in. Transfer to an 8x4 inch loaf pan.
    Combine cookie crumbs, coconut and butter then sprinkle over top. Cover with foil and freeze for 6 hours or overnight, until firm.
