Muesli Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup untoasted muesli
    1/2 cup flour
    1/2 cup flaked coconut
    1/2 cup dried apricots, finely chopped
    1/4 cup currants
    1/4 cup packed brown sugar
    6 tbsp (3/4 stick) butter
    2 tbsp maple syrup
    1/4 tsp baking soda
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease 2 large baking pans.
    Combine muesli, flour, coconut, apricots, currants and sugar in a medium bowl.
    Melt butter and syrup in a small saucepan on low heat. Stir in baking soda. Stir into dry ingredients until well combined.
    Drop tablespoons of mixture 2 inches apart on prepared pans. Press lightly with a fork to form a round.
    Bake for 10-15 mins until golden. Cool on pans 5 mins. Remove from pans; cool completely on wire racks.
