Chanterelle And Bacon Tagliatelle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10.5 oz tagliatelle
    1 tbsp olive oil
    3.5 oz bacon, roughly chopped
    1 lb chanterelle mushrooms
    3.5 oz spring onions, trimmed and sliced
Preparation
    Cook pasta in salted, boiling water until al dente. Drain.
    Meanwhile, heat oil in a frying pan, add bacon and mushrooms and saute for 4-5 mins. Add spring onions and cook for 2-3 mins. Toss with pasta, season and serve.
