Lemon Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cup + 2 tbsp all purpose flour
    1/4 cup powdered sugar, plus extra to dust
    1/2 cup chilled butter, chopped
    1 1/4 cups sugar
    2 None large eggs
    2 tbsp lemon juice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease and line an 8 inch square cake pan with parchment paper, extending 1 inch over sides.
    Sift 1/3 cup flour and powdered sugar together into a medium bowl. Using fingertips, rub in butter until mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Press evenly into base of pan. Bake 20 minutes. until golden.
    In a bowl, whisk sugar. eggs, juice and 2 tbsp flour together. Pour over warm base.
    Bake another 15-20 minutes, until firm. Allow to cool in pan. Dust with extra powdered sugar and cut into squares to serve.
