Creamy Herb And Garlic Chicken With Gnocchi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp olive oil
    4 (7 oz) chicken breast fillets
    18 oz fresh gnocchi
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 1/4 cups heavy cream
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    2 tbsp finely chopped fresh oregano leaves
Preparation
    Heat 1/2 tbsp oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 15 mins, or until cooked through.
    Meanwhile, cook gnocchi in a large saucepan of boiling water until just tender. Drain.
    Add remaining oil to frying pan and reduce heat to medium. Cook garlic, stirring, for 1 min. Add heavy cream and lemon juice. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 5 mins, or until mixture thickens slightly. Remove from heat and stir in oregano.
    Slice chicken thickly. Divide gnocchi between serving plates, top with chicken and drizzle with sauce.
