Green Beans With Parsley Crumbs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10.5 oz green beans, trimmed
    2 tbsp olive oil
    3/4 cup stale breadcrumbs
    2 tbsp finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
Preparation
    Boil, steam or microwave green beans until just tender. Rinse under cold water until cool then drain.
    Heat oil in a large frying pan. Cook breadcrumbs, stirring, until crisp. Stir in parsley.
    Transfer green beans to a serving bowl. Sprinkle with breadcrumb mixture. Serve.
