Honey And Soy Lamb Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup honey
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp sesame oil
2 None large red onions, cut into thick wedges
6 None lamb chops (around 2 3/4 lb)
6 sprigs fresh rosemary
1 tbsp butter, melted
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
Preparation

Combine soy sauce, honey, garlic and sesame oil. Transfer to a slow cooker along with onions, lamb and rosemary. Cook, covered, on low for 6 hours. Discard rosemary and remove lamb from slow cooker. Cover to keep warm.
Combine butter and flour in small bowl. Stir into slow cooker. Cook, covered, on high for 25 mins, or until sauce thickens. Season to taste. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve. Discard onion.
Serve lamb drizzled with sauce.
