Ingredients

3 None sun-dried tomatoes in oil, plus 1 tbsp oil from the jar
7 oz firm feta cheese
5 None small tomatoes
4 cloves garlic, unpeeled
2.5 oz olives (such as kalamata olives)
1 sprig fresh rosemary, leaves picked
1/4 cup olive oil
None None crusty bread, to serve
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0F.
In a small baking dish, arrange sun-dried tomatoes in a triangle. Place feta directly on top. Arrange tomatoes, garlic and olives around feta and sprinkle with rosemary. Drizzle sun-dried tomato oil over feta. Drizzle olive oil over other ingredients. Bake for 15-20 mins, or until feta is lightly browned. Serve immediately with crusty bread.
