Fruit Salad With Honey Ricotta And Almonds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp sliced almonds
    1 small kiwi, peeled and cut into pieces
    2 oz red seedless grapes
    1 small banana, peeled and sliced
    1 small apple, peeled and cut into pieces
    1/3 cup Ricotta cheese
    3 tblsp milk
    3 tsp honey
Preparation
    Toast the almonds in a dry skillet over a medium heat until golden brown then set aside. Mix all the fruit pieces together in a bowl.
    Whisk together the ricotta cheese, milk and honey then pour over the mixed fruit. Top with toasted almonds.
