Chicken And Broccolini Tagliatelle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    13 oz tagliatelle
    1 lb chicken tenders
    1 clove garlic
    1 1/2 cups light cream
    1 None chicken bouillon cube, crumbled
    1 bunch broccolini, cut into 1 1/2-inch lengths
Preparation
    Cook tagliatelle in a large pan of boiling salted water according to package directions. Drain and return to pan.
    Meanwhile, cook chicken in a heated, oiled large skillet until golden and just cooked through. Remove chicken from pan. Cool slightly and slice.
    Add garlic to skillet; cook and stir until fragrant. Add cream and bouillon cube, stirring until mixture comes to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Add broccolini and simmer for 3 mins or until broccolini is tender. Stir in chicken.
    Add chicken and broccolini sauce to hot pasta; toss to combine. Season with freshly ground black pepper.
