Spaghetti With Peanut And Sesame Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 oz spaghetti
    1/4 cup fresh ginger, finely chopped
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1 None mild red chili, deseeded and chopped
    2/3 cup tahini paste
    1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
    2 tsp honey
    1 tbsp sesame oil
    4 None spring onions, chopped
    1/2 None cucumber, chopped
    1 handful peanuts, chopped
    None None crushed red pepper flakes, to garnish
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain then rinse under cold water and transfer to a serving bowl.
    Meanwhile, combine ginger, garlic, chili, tahini, peanut butter, soy sauce, red wine vinegar and honey in a blender with 1/2 cup water and puree. Toss with pasta, sesame oil, spring onions, cucumber and nuts. Serve sprinkled with red pepper flakes.
