Classic Cabbage Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 None carrots, peeled and chopped
1 bunch spring onions, finely sliced
3 stalks celery, trimmed and chopped
1 None green pepper, deseeded and julienned
1 None small cabbage, trimmed and chopped
1 litre vegetable stock
1 can (425 ml) chopped tomatoes
None None celery leaves, to garnish
Preparation

In a saucepan over medium heat, bring to a boil vegetables, stock and tomatoes. Cover and simmer for 15-20 mins. Serve, garnished with celery leaves.
