Tartar Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups mayonnaise
    1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
    1 tbsp capers, chopped, plus 1 tbsp pickling liquid
    2 tbsp finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
    1 tbsp chopped fresh dill (optional)
    10 None cornichons, finely chopped
    1/4 tsp finely grated lemon peel
    1/2 None lemon, juiced
Preparation
    Place mayonnaise in a medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir well to combine. Season to taste (depending on the acidity of your lemon, you may wish to add a little more lemon juice, too).
    Store in a covered container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
