Pork And Cilantro Glass Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3.5 oz glass noodles or rice vermicelli
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped
9 oz pork, thinly sliced
5.5 oz bean sprouts
4 None scallions, sliced diagonally
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp sugar
1/3 cup cilantro, chopped
Preparation

Prepare the noodles according to the package instructions.
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a wok over a high heat. Add the garlic and stir fry for 30 seconds, without browning, until fragrant. Add the pork and continue to stir fry for 2-3 mins, until browned.
Add the bean sprouts, onion, fish sauce and sugar and cook for 1 min. Add the drained noodles to the wok and stir fry for 3 mins more, until heated through. Top with cilantro and serve.
