Chili Chimichangas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 oz ground pork
    3.5 oz mozzarella cheese, grated
    1 None red onion, finely chopped
    1/2 None red pepper, seeded, finely chopped
    3 oz refried beans
    1 None Thai chili, finely chopped
    1/2 tsp dried chili flakes
    8 None flour tortillas
    1/2 cup vegetable oil, for shallow-frying
    None None sweet chili sauce, to serve
Preparation
    Combine ground pork, cheese, onion, pepper, refried beans, chili and chili flakes. Season to taste. Distribute between tortillas then fold in sides and roll up to form parcels.
    Heat oil in a large, deep frying pan to 350\u00b0F. Fry tortillas for 3-4 mins per side, until lightly golden and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
    Serve with sweet chili sauce.
