Baked Sweet Potato Fries - cooking recipe

2 lb sweet potatoes, peeled
1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary leaves
1 tbsp seasoned salt, like Lawry's roasted garlic
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 None scallion, sliced
Preparation

Heat oven to 425\u00b0F. Coat spray 2 baking sheets. Cut sweet potatoes in half, then cut halves into wedges. In a large bowl, toss potatoes with rosemary, seasoned salt and vegetable oil. Divide potatoes between baking sheets. Bake for 20 mins, turning once, or until light golden brown.
Toss potatoes with scallions. Serve warm.
