Cheese Phyllo Triangles (Tiropitakia) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz feta cheese, crumbled
    1/2 cup ricotta cheese
    1 None egg, lightly beaten
    None None Ground nutmeg
    None None Freshly ground pepper
    12 sheets phyllo dough
    6 tbsp (3/4 stick) butter, melted
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Grease 2 baking pans. Combine feta, ricotta, egg, nutmeg and pepper in a small bowl.
    Layer 2 sheets of the phyllo, brushing both with a little of the butter. Cut the layered sheets lengthwise into 4 strips.
    Place 2 tsp of the cheese mixture at one end of each strip. Fold one corner end of the phyllo diagonally across the filling to the other edge to form a triangle. Continue folding to the end of the strip, retaining the shape. Brush the triangles with a little more butter. Repeat with the remaining phyllo, filling and butter. Place triangles on prepared pans.
    Bake for about 15 mins or until browned.
