Strawberry Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, plus extra for dusting
    2 1/3 cups powdered sugar
    1 None egg yolk
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1/2 cup butter, cubed
    2-3 tbsp lemon juice
    None None red and green food coloring
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
    Mix together flour, 2/3 cup powdered sugar, a pinch of salt, egg yolk, vanilla extract and butter until just combined. Bring together into ball and knead until smooth. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 45 mins.
    Roll dough out on a lightly floured work surface to approximately 1/8 inch thick. Using small and large strawberry shaped cookie cutters, cut out strawberry-shaped cookies. Transfer to prepared pans and bake for 8 mins. Let cool on baking sheets for 10 mins then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
    Combine remaining powdered sugar with lemon juice and 4 tbsp water. Tint 2 tbsp icing pink. Tint 1/4 of the remaining icing green. Tint remaining icing bright red. Transfer to individual piping bags.
    Pipe red icing over cookies. Once dry, use pink icing to draw \"seeds\" on strawberries and green icing to color the \"leaves.\" Let dry before serving.
