Long Noodle Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp oil
    8 oz boneless pork chops, trimmed and thinly sliced
    1/4 small cabbage, shredded
    6 cups chicken stock
    8 None green onions, thinly sliced diagonally
    1/2 tsp grated green ginger
    1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
    4 oz fine egg noodles
Preparation
    Heat oil in large saucepan on high heat. Stir-fry pork and cabbage for few minutes.
    Add stock, soy sauce and ginger. Bring slowly to a boil. Reduce heat to low; add 3/4 of the green onions and simmer for 10 mins. Season to taste.
    Meanwhile, cook noodles in boiling salted water 5-6 mins until tender; drain well.
    To serve, place a spoonful of noodles in soup bowls. Add the hot soup and sprinkle with remaining green onions.
