Shrimp And Chanterelle Carbonara - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz spaghetti
    3 tbsp olive oil
    1 bunch parsley, half of bunch finely chopped
    5 slices bacon (about 5 oz total), finely chopped
    10 oz chanterelle mushrooms, cleaned
    4 None eggs
    3 tbsp whipping cream
    9 oz shrimps, peeled
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water according to package instructions.
    Heat 2 tbsp oil in a skillet and saute the whole parsley leaves. Remove and drain on paper towels. Fry the bacon, after a few minutes add the chanterelles and cook for 5 mins with the bacon. Season with pepper.
    Drain spaghetti and return to the saucepan. Add the bacon and chanterelles. Whisk eggs with the cream, season, and add to spaghetti. Put saucepan on a low heat, stirring constantly, until the sauce slightly thickens. Remove from heat.
    Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet, saute prawns for 3-4 mins, turning. Stir chopped parsley through the spaghetti, add prawns and the sauteed parsley leaves.
