Crunchy Tuna Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (6 oz) cans tuna, drained, flaked
3.5 oz baby spinach
3.5 oz snow peas, sliced diagonally
4 oz bean sprouts
1/3 cup fresh basil leaves
1 None carrot, cut into thin strips
1/2 cup peanuts, crushed
1 inch fresh ginger, finely sliced
2 None limes, juiced
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 None red chilies, deseeded, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation

Combine tuna, spinach, snow peas, bean sprouts, herbs, carrot, peanuts and ginger.
Whisk together lime juice, soy sauce, peanut oil, sesame oil, palm sugar, chilies and garlic then drizzle over salad.
