Ginger And Fig Muesli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups wheat bran flakes
    2 cups rolled oats
    1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
    1/3 cup walnuts, toasted
    1 cup dried figs, halved
    1 cup raisins
    1 tsp mixed spice, such as pumpkin pie spice
    2 tsp ground ginger
    None None Fat free milk and fresh figs, to serve.
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except milk and fresh figs, in a large bowl. Store the muesli in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.
    To serve, place about 1 cup muesli in a bowl. Top with milk and quartered fresh figs.
