Chicken And Vegetable Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz cavatappi pasta
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 None onion, sliced
    1 None garlic clove, crushed
    8 oz chicken breast, thinly sliced
    1 None red pepper, seeded, sliced
    1 None stalk celery, sliced
    1 None zucchini, sliced
    1/2 cup white wine
    1 head broccoli, cut into florets
    1 14 oz can diced tomatoes
    1/2 cup chicken stock
    1/4 bunch basil leaves, roughly chopped
    1/2 cup shaved Parmesan and crusty bread, to serve
Preparation
    Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water, following packet instructions. Drain well, return to pot, cover and set aside.
    Meanwhile, heat oil in a large pan and saute onions and garlic for 4-5 mins or until onions are tender. Add chicken and saute for 2-3 mins. Stir in pepper, celery and zucchini. Cook for 3 mins. Stir in wine and cook for 2 mins or until reduced.
    Mix broccoli, tomatoes and stock into the chicken mixture and simmer for 3-4 mins until broccoli is tender. Toss sauce and basil into the pasta in the pot and season to taste.
    Serve topped with shaved Parmesan and accompany with crusty bread.
