Linguine Con Salsa Alla Sophia Loren - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz linguine
    1.5 oz anchovy fillets
    1.5 oz green olives, pitted
    1.5 oz capers
    1 None small onion, peeled and finely diced
    2 cloves garlic, peeled and smashed
    1 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley, roughly chopped
    10 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
    Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions.
    With a mortar and pestle, mash anchovies, olives, capers, onion, garlic and parsley into a paste. Gradually whisk in oil.
    Drain pasta and toss with sauce. Sprinkle with coarsely ground black pepper.
