Brioche French Toast Topped With Strawberries And Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 None eggs
    1/3 cup milk
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 tbsp sugar
    6 small loaves brioche, halved
    3 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter
    9 oz strawberries, hulled, thinly sliced
    2/3 cup heavy cream, whipped
Preparation
    Whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla and sugar in a large shallow bowl. Dip brioche in egg mixture.
    Melt 1/2 the butter in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook 1/2 of the brioche until browned on both sides. Remove from pan and cover to keep warm. Repeat with remaining butter and brioche.
    Serve brioche with strawberries and cream.
