Sage Tagliatelle With Greens Beans And Goat Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tbsp olive oil
1 None onion, finely diced
1 lb green beans, sliced on a bias
1/4 cup vegetable stock
2.5 oz sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained, chopped
5 sprigs sage, 3 coarsely chopped
1 lb tagliatelle
2.5 oz goat cheese, crumbled
Preparation

Heat oil and saute onion and green beans. Add stock, cover and cook for 8-10 mins, stirring occasionally, until beans are soft. Add tomatoes and chopped sage.
Meanwhile, cook pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Toss with beans. Season. Serve garnished with cheese and remaining sage.
