English Syllabub With Mango And Papaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 None lemons, 1 zested and 1 peeled then julienned, 2 juiced
    5 tbsp sherry
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    1 None papaya, peeled, halved and deseeded, thinly sliced
    1 None mango, peeled, pitted and sliced
    1 2/3 cups heavy cream
    None None lemon peel, to garnish
Preparation
    Mix together 1/3 - 1/2 cup lemon juice, lemon zest, sherry and sugar. Cover and set aside to steep for 1 hour.
    Drizzle papaya with lemon juice then arrange with mango on dessert plates. Whisk cream into the lemon and sherry mixture and distribute over fruit. Garnish with julienned lemon peel.
