Caramelized Pear Sundaes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 sheet frozen pie dough, thawed
None None powdered sugar, to dust
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup raisins, chopped
4 None pears, peeled, quartered, cored
1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
2.5 oz frozen raspberries, thawed
None None vanilla ice cream, to serve
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0F. Grease a baking tray. Cut pie dough into 16 equal triangles. Place on prepared tray and bake for 10 mins, or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool on tray. Dust with powdered sugar.
Meanwhile, heat a large, heavy-bottomed frying pan over medium-high heat. Add sugar in an even layer and cook, shaking pan occasionally, for 3 mins, or until sugar begins to caramelize. Add raisins and pears. Cook, shaking pan occasionally, for 6 mins, or until pears are golden. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 mins.
Spoon pears into shallow serving bowls. Top with sliced almonds, raspberries, ice cream and cookies. Serve.
