Chocolate And Orange Ricotta Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ricotta
    1/4 cup sugar
    3 None large eggs
    2 tbsp orange liqueur
    2 tsp orange zest
    3.5 oz dark chocolate chips
    1 cup all-purpose flour, sifted
    2 tsp baking powder
    None None Vegetable oil, for deep-frying
    None None Powdered sugar, for dusting
Preparation
    Whisk ricotta, sugar, eggs, liqueur and zest in a large bowl until combined. Stir in chocolate. Add flour and baking powder, stirring until just combined. Refrigerate for 30 mins.
    Heat oil in a large saucepan over high heat. Deep-fry tablespoons of batter in batches until golden and puffed. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve warm.
