Strawberry Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 oz strawberries, washed, hulled and sliced
    1/4 cup powdered sugar, plus additional, to sprinkle
    1 tsp grated orange peel
    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
    1 None egg white, lightly beaten
    None None Granulated sugar, to sprinkle
    None None Whipped cream or ice cream, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
    Place strawberries in a bowl. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, orange peel and cinnamon; mix well.
    Cut pastry sheet into 4 rounds with a 4 1/2 inch-round cookie cutter. Arrange on prepared pan.
    Pile strawberry mixture into the center. Pleat pastry around edges. Brush pastry with egg white; sprinkle with granulated sugar.
    Bake 12-15 mins, until puffed and golden. Dust with powdered sugar. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
