Stuffed Turkey With Pasta And Cranberry Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
4 None turkey breast fillets (about 6 oz each), pounded flat with a rolling pin
    4 slices ham
    1/2 lb Camembert cheese, sliced
    3 tbsp oil
    3/4 cup vegetable stock
    1/3 lb cranberries
1 lb fresh pasta, such as fusilli
5 sprigs fresh flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped, plus extra for garnish
Preparation
Season the turkey fillets. Arrange the ham and Camembert over 1/2 of each turkey fillet and fold over, pressing down gently. Heat the oil in a frying pan and sear the turkey over medium heat for 3 mins on each side. Remove from the pan and keep warm. Add the stock to the pan, bring to a boil and add the cranberries. Season then simmer over low heat for 4 mins.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the package instructions. Drain then toss with the parsley. Arrange on serving plates with the turkey and sauce. Garnish with reserved parsley.
