Pan Bagnat Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf round rustic bread, top sliced off and reserved, insides removed
    2.5 oz salami
    1/2 (13.5 oz) can red peppers, drained, patted dry
    1 handful fresh basil leaves
    2 oz pitted green olives
    8 None sun-dried tomatoes, drained
    7 oz sliced ham
    2.5 oz sliced chorizo sausage
    3.5 oz mozzarella cheese, sliced
    None None tomato and avocado salad, to serve
Preparation
    Fill bread cavity with salami, red peppers and basil. Press down gently then top with olives and sun-dried tomatoes. Press down again. Add ham, chorizo and mozzarella cheese. Press down. Place lid back on and secure with toothpicks. Chill for 1 hour then cut into 6 wedges.
    Serve with tomato and avocado salad.
