Cheesecake Brownies - cooking recipe

7 tbsp butter, chopped
7 oz dark chocolate, chopped
1/3 cup sugar
2 None large eggs, lightly whisked
3/4 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup double cream
9 oz white chocolate
1 2/3 cups cream cheese, at room temperature
1/2 cup sugar
2 None large eggs, at room temperature, lightly whisked
7 oz dark chocolate, chopped
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F. Grease and line a 12 x 8 inch (base measurement) baking pan with parchment paper, extending paper at long sides for handles.
Make chocolate brownie mixture by combining butter and chocolate in a saucepan over low heat. Cook and stir for 3 mins, or until melted and smooth. Remove from heat. Cool in pan for 10 mins. Stir in 1/3 cup of sugar and 2 eggs until combined. Add flour and mix until combined.
Spread mixture into prepared pan and level surface. Bake for 20 mins, or until just firm to touch. Cool in pan for 15 mins.
Meanwhile, combine 1/2 cup cream and 6 oz white chocolate in a saucepan over low heat. Cook and stir for 3 mins, or until melted and smooth. Remove from heat. Cool in pan for 10 mins.
Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar in a bowl until combined and smooth. Beat in 2 eggs, then cooled chocolate mixture. Pour mixture over brownie in the pan. Bake for 30 mins, or until just set. Remove from oven. Cool in pan. Chill for 3 hours, or until firm.
Combine dark chocolate and 2/3 cup cream in a saucepan over low heat. Cook and stir for 3 mins, or until melted and smooth. Remove from heat. Cool in pan for 15 mins. Spread evenly over chilled cheesecake. Chill for 30 mins, or until set. Melt remaining white chocolate and drizzle over cheesecake. Allow to set. Cut into 15 squares.
