Meatloaves With Barbecue Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 slices prosciutto
    18 oz ground beef
    12.5 oz ground veal
    1 None small Spanish onion, finely chopped
    4 slices jarred roasted pepper, finely chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 None large egg
    2 tbsp barbecue sauce
    1/4 cup breadcrumbs
    1 tbsp fresh oregano leaves, finely chopped
    -1 None Barbecue Glaze
    1/4 cup barbecue sauce
    2 tbsp tomato sauce
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tbsp brown sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F.
    Grease 8 mini loaf pans. Line with prosciutto, extending above edges.
    Combine ground meat, onion, pepper, garlic, egg, barbecue sauce, breadcrumbs and oregano in a large bowl. Press into loaf pans then fold prosciutto over to cover. Bake for 15 mins.
    Meanwhile, to make the barbecue glaze, combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Stir over low heat until sugar dissolves.
    Invert meatloaves onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Brush with glaze then bake, uncovered, for 10 mins, or until browned lightly and cooked through. Serve immediately.
