Roasted Pepper And Tomato Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 oz jarred roasted pepper strips, drained
    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 tsp sugar
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    14 oz tomatoes, quartered
    1/4 cup basil, finely chopped
    None None Corn chips, to serve
Preparation
    In a food processor, combine peppers, olive oil, sugar, and garlic. Process until smooth.
    Transfer to a bowl with tomatoes and basil. Mix well and season to taste. Top with basil leaves and serve with corn chips.
