Ham And Cheese Noodle Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg (3 oz each) chicken-flavored ramen noodles
    1/3 cup milk
    1 None egg
    2 tbsp flour
    4 oz ham, chopped
    1 cup finely grated mozzarella cheese
    2 tbsp vegetable or olive oil
    1 None tomato, finely chopped
    1 None mini cucumber, finely chopped
Preparation
    Break noodles into a heatproof bowl. Add flavor packets. Cover with boiling water. Let stand for 2-3 mins or until noodles are soft. Drain well; return to bowl. Cool. Whisk milk, egg and flour in a small bowl until smooth. Add egg mixture, ham and mozzarella to noodles; mix well.
    Heat half the oil in a large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Cook 1/4-cup measures of noodle mixture, in batches, flattening slightly, for 1 min each side or until browned and cooked through. Use the remaining oil between batches.
    Combine tomato and cucumber. Serve noodle cakes topped with tomato mixture.
