Grilled Mixed Vegetable Platter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz thin carrots, peeled
8 oz medium asparagus
2 None bell peppers, sliced
2 None medium red onions, each cut into 8 pieces
1 None yellow summer squash, sliced
1/2 cup light balsamic dressing
1 1/2 tsp chopped fresh thyme leaves
Preparation

Marinate vegetables in 1/4 cup dressing and 1 tsp thyme for 1 hour.
Preheat grill. Cook vegetables over medium-high heat for 3-8 mins, turning occasionally, until tender. Serve with remaining dressing and garnish with remaining thyme.
