Fava Bean Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb frozen fava beans
    1 clove garlic
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
    None None Toasted baguette halves, to serve
    None None Sun-dried tomatoes, to serve
    None None Basil, to serve
Preparation
    Cook beans for 2 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain, refresh in ice-cold water and drain again. Remove and discard skins.
    Place beans, garlic, lemon juice and olive oil in a food processor. Pulse to a coarse paste. Season to taste.
    Serve dip with toasted baguette, basil and sun-dried tomatoes.
