Colorful Antipasto Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups dark green curly leaf lettuce or greens, like kale
    2 None roasted red peppers, sliced
    2 oz thinly sliced salami
    2 oz thinly sliced prosciutto
    2 oz thinly sliced provolone cheese
    1 cup canned garbanzo beans
    1 cup canned kidney beans
    1/4 cup prepared red wine vinaigrette
    1 tbsp chopped assorted fresh herbs, such as parsley, basil and / or thyme
Preparation
    Arrange lettuce on the serving platter. Arrange peppers, meats, cheese and beans in a decorative manner on top of the lettuce. Serve drizzled with dressing.
