Coffee Snaps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup butter, softened
    1 1/4 cups brown sugar
    3 tsp ground coffee
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    1 None large egg
    3/4 cup all-purpose flour
    3/4 cup self-rising flour
    2 tbsp coffee beans (70 beans), for decoration
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
    Beat butter, sugar, coffee and vanilla until pale and fluffy. Add egg and beat until combined. Sift flour over top then gently fold in. Roll rounded teaspoons of mixture into balls. Place 1 inch apart on greased baking trays. Top each cookie with a coffee bean. Bake for 10 mins, or until browned. Let cool for 5 mins then transfer to a wire rack to cool.
