Black Bean Rice With Exotic Fruits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tbsp vegetable oil
    1 tbs apple cider vinegar
    1 tsp honey
    1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
    1 None lime, zested and juiced
    3/4 cup diced mango
    3/4 cup diced papaya
    1/2 cup diced bell pepper
    1/2 cup dried cranberries
    1/3 cup minced red onion
    3 cups cooked rice, cooled
    1 (15 oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
Preparation
    Whisk together vegetable oil, vinegar, honey, cilantro, 1/4 tsp lime zest and 2 tbsp lime juice. Add mango, papaya, pepper, cranberries, onion, rice and beans and toss to combine. Season.
