Cold Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz bean thread noodles
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    2 tbsp fish sauce
    1 tbsp lime juice
    2 tsp peanut oil
    2 lbs large cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails intact
    1/4 cup roasted unsalted peanuts, coarsely chopped
    2 None green onions, thinly sliced
    1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
    2 None fresh red Thai chili peppers, seeded and thinly sliced
Preparation
    Place noodles in large heatproof bowl; cover with boiling water. Let stand until just tender; drain. Using kitchen scissors, cut noodles into random lengths. Place in a large bowl.
    Whisk garlic, sauce, lime juice and oil in small bowl to combine.
    Add shrimp, peanuts, onion, cilantro, chili pepper and dressing to noodles; toss gently to combine.
