Baked Beans, Bacon And Tomato On Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 None tomatoes, coarsely chopped
    1 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives
    9 oz bacon, coarsely chopped
    1/2 loaf Turkish bread or ciabatta, halved horizontally, cut into 4 pieces
    1 (15 oz) can baked beans in tomato sauce, warmed
Preparation
    Preheat broiler.
    Combine tomatoes and chives in a small bowl.
    Heat a small frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook bacon, stirring, until crisp then drain on paper towels.
    Toast bread then top with beans, bacon and tomato mixture. Broil for about 2 mins, or until hot.
