Fig And Prosciutto Bruschetta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp olive oil
    6 slices French bread
    3 tbsp herbed cheese spread
    6 leaves baby arugula or basil
    3 slices prosciutto, halved lengthwise
    3 None fresh figs, sliced into quarters or thin slices
Preparation
    In a large frying pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Toast bread until browned on each side. Let cool.
    Spread cheese over 1 side of each slice of bread. Top each with 1 piece of arugula. Shape each 1/2 slice of prosciutto into a rosette and place on arugula. Arrange figs over top. Season.
