Raspberry Galette - cooking recipe

1 None refrigerated pie crust
2 cups raspberries
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp ground hazelnuts
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 None egg, lightly beaten
2 tbsp demerara sugar
None None Vanilla ice cream, to serve
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place pie crust on pan.
Mix raspberries, granulated sugar, flour, hazelnuts and vanilla in a medium bowl. Spoon raspberry mixture into center of crust, leaving a 2 inch border. Fold edge of crust up over filling, pleating the crust as needed. Brush pie crust with egg, then sprinkle raspberry mixture with demerara sugar.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden. Serve warm with ice cream.
