Za'Atar Crusted Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup olive oil
    2 tbsp za'atar mix
    None None Finely grated zest of 1 lemon
    1 tsp Moroccan seasoning (eg, ras al hanout)
    3-4 lb chicken, segmented (cut into 8 pieces)
    1 tsp sea salt
    None None Lemon wedges, salad, to serve
Preparation
    In a small bowl, whisk oil, spice mix, lemon and seasoning together.
    Place chicken pieces in a large zip-top bag and pour marinade over, tossing to coat well. Seal bag and marinate for 1 hour or overnight.
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Remove chicken from marinade. Transfer to a rack in a baking dish. Sprinkle with salt. Pour a little water into dish to cover base.
    Bake chicken for 40-45 mins, until chicken is golden and cooked through. Serve with lemon wedges and salad.
